Utility to reset winsock in windows.

This program is recommended by several Microsoft MVPs and me cause it saved my butt twice!
Indications are that removal of several different software firewalls, removal of certain spyware by 
Adaware or Spybot S&D, or removal of some worms causes loss of internet connectivity.

The first PC was a Sony Vaio with XP home. It was on a small office network that got moved 
to a different location and switched to wireless. The symptoms were that it worked fine on 
the cable LAN but once the wireless adaptor was activated, DNS and DHCP would not function, 
but ping would still be able to contact the other PCs.
error message was "An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket"
